Actually, when I wrote this post on October 2, we had just accepted their offer. The offer was still subject to the usual home inspection, financing, blah, blah, blah. Luckily, they did the home inspection and removed their subjects yesterday October 8. So yeah, the deal is now firm and the place is sold. Thanks Neil.
