The view of Diamond head is nice from the beach and hotels but one of my favourite views of Diamond head is from Mt. Tantalus on the way up to Puu Ualakaa park on Round Top Drive. We took these pics from the side of the road.

There was a spot just east of Hanauma Bay where we were able to spot some Humpback whales and sea turtles coming up to the surface of the water.
Most of the sea creatures we saw were from our tank-side table at the Oceanarium restaurant in the Pacific Beach hotel.
